How to Upload your Proof of Purchase
a) If you have a paper receipt, take a picture of your receipt using your camera, phone, computer webcam or alternatively, scan the receipt using a scanner.
b) If you have an electronic proof of purchase (eg: email) then you can open the receipt attachment on your computer.
NOTE: If you are using a smartphone or tablet device, take a photo of your receipt and whilst completing the product registration form, you can choose and upload the image of your receipt directly from your photo album.
Save the image/receipt to your computer in JPG, TIF or PDF format.
On the registration form, select the ‘Choose File’ button.
Then click ‘Browse’ and locate the saved image on your computer.
Select the file and click ‘Open’ to confirm your selection.
Your proof of purchase is now uploaded to your registration form.

How to Find The Serial Number
For winches below 4000 lbs pulling power, your serial number is shown on a silver sticker on the winch motor.
For larger winches, the serial number is found on a sticker on the winch gearbox.
