Support Procedure

Prepare your details
Have your winch model number and proof of purchase ready.

Contact your nearest Support Center
Use the drop down menu below to find the Support Center for your specific model winch.

Obtain an RMA number
The Support Center will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Send your item
Ship your winch to the Support Center with the RMA number clearly visible on the package.
(Please do not send your item without an RMA number.)

Diagnosis
Once received, our technical team will inspect and diagnose the issue.

Repair quote (if applicable)
If the repair is not covered under warranty, you will receive a quote for the necessary work.
You will need to approve the quote and complete payment before repairs begin.

Repair and return
Your winch will be repaired and promptly returned to you once the work is complete.
